In a multicultural and multiethnic society where the diversities risk to fight each other rather than to meet each other, there is a need to enlighten the future generations on an educational level to accept the differences, the different attitudes and the diversity of values and viewpoints. It does not matter whether this „other“ is a foreigner, someone with a different religious background or simply a native with completely different opinions. The capacity of listening, facing our prejudices and stereotypes and being able to deal with conflicts in a constructive manner, are some of the topics we offer as training workshops for organizations interested in training their staff.
